There’s a LinkedIn post I wrote in August 2023 that still circles my mind, Reader. I thought it would be the pivot point in attracting subscribers. But nothing happened. When I read it now, I can feel what was missing. The post was about a creative flow practice I’d used to increase my energy and productivity. I’d reviewed 36 assignments faster than ever. I broke it into sets of five, added creative breaks, and was amazed by the shift. In the moment, I felt lit up. So I wrote about it. And I thought I was writing from the energy of that shift. But looking back, I wasn’t. Here’s the line I opened with: “I tapped my creative flow to increase my productivity.” Sounds fine. But when I read it now, I hear it differently. It sounded more like someone trying to be understood. Thanks to a little energetic audit I did with VibeCheck, I saw it clearly: That line wasn’t written from my Solar Plexus frequency (emotional truth, resonance, creativity). Even the time-stamped breakdowns (5–6 minutes per assignment!) — totally Ajna. But it missed the wave. The warmth. The softness of what had really shifted in me. That post was written from the part of me that understands my work. And that difference? It’s everything. Here’s what VibeCheck suggested as a rewrite: “I leaned into creative flow, and it carried me farther than effort ever could.” Same story. Completely different frequency. When I read that line, I feel it. Like saying "A bug was on my arm" versus "I could feel the bug crawling up my arm." That’s what I mean when I talk about tone being the true frequency carrier. The words matter, yes. But the resonance behind the words... that’s what connects. And that’s what I didn’t yet know 2 years ago. Which is why I led that post (and even a whole program at one point) with the solid thing I knew, but not the soft spark that actually magnetized others. The result? Because sameness connects, but it doesn’t always attract. That post reflected something I shared with my people: a love of flow, a desire to feel good, a creative nature. But it was written in a tone that wasn’t natural for me. Mini Practice: Pause + Hum Take a moment. Feel the resonance in your chest or throat. Now consider: ✦ What’s the thing, lifestyle, or outlook you share with your clients (the ones who’ve already said yes)? Me: We are secret creatives meaning we rarely shared our work with others ✦ What’s the natural ability or quality you carry that’s actually the opposite of what your clients are seeking? Me: Expression flows freely with or without words ✦ How might you write about the core of your offer (not the benefits), using tone that reflects your naturalness? Me: Daily Spark was a daily practice of creativity without an end goal. Benefits things feel easier, you have more free time because you uplift your frequency. It's a simple productivity hack. You feel less stressed, feel better, get more done without exhausting yourself. It’s not about making your message perfect. How we sound when we’re in alignment, and how quickly things shift when we’re not. What's the one thing you've leaned into for your content? Maybe it's what made sense to you at the time or how you were guided. Perhaps it's what still works for you or not.
Vibing in my tone, PS: Now I’m taking a breath, reflecting on what emerged, and feeling into what’s next. In the meantime, here's the latest on the Red Frequency. I'm not for everyone. And you don't have to be either. |
I email insights on how to leverage your human design in your content strategies. Usually M-W-F... And there's always some special resources only available to subscribers.
I’ve always been a pattern spotter. Probably why I was so good at knitting and creating trend reports. You can actually see it in my human design chart. Gate 47 (making sense of chaos). Channel 58-18 (seeing what no longer serves). Gate 5 (timing). Channel 59-6 (when it’s time to birth something new). And of course, being a 6-line... the bird’s eye view, pattern seer, rooftop watcher. I experience it in everyday life. Noticing when trends are rising. When energy is fading. When the right...
I kind feel a little stupid sharing this... Because yah, I should have known it. Ever have that a-ha moment, and you're like, How did I not see this? And then you wonder what else you aren't noticing. The funning thing is that I've been circling this for years, but I never put it together... sorry universe... I guess I just need to be hit over the head with it sometimes. There’s this concept in Human Design called lived wisdom. It’s the stuff we’ve learned because we had to. Not the natural...
Reader, the Red Frequency feels like a a flashlight I can't turn off these days. Creating these reports, witnessing the a-ha's, and seeing the results are like fuel for the fire that's been burning inside me for a while now. One that I don't intend to put out. And it seems to be spreading like hot flash some days. Last week I was watching my friend, Helmi share his content creation system for YouTube. Highly recommend it if you are making videos. He has this effective prompt to extract...
