Most use logic, but felt moves people faster


He came to me with a fear I hear often:

“If I really share all of what I do… it won’t fit here.”

He’s a leadership coach blending the classic, the spiritual, and the trippy.

And when it came to writing for LinkedIn... He was wrestling with whether to strip it down to look more professional, or try to force all three into one polished package. It's the struggle he said was holding him back.

When we met on zoom, I didn't examine his content strategy or his positioning statement. I looked at what he was already sharing. Because you don’t need to change the core of what you say. The more someone spends time in your world, the more they'll get to know all the parts of you.

We started with what already felt strong.
How it was showing up in the mind and... body of the readers.

Your red frequency isn’t about rewriting your story.
It’s about how your story is felt.

Most of his content was Ajna-led
Conceptual, logical, sequential.
It made sense.

But it was hard to hold.
To keep with you after reading the words.
Especially when he was selling a service they would deeply feel.

So there was a mismatch.
Words strung together like a how to.
Trying to evoke emotion-led choices.

He thought that if his red frequency was Solar Plexus, he’d have to suddenly start writing about emotions, or retell every detail of a client’s emotional journey. That felt off. His body even showed it. Tense shoulders, eyes down, the hesitation of someone about to contort himself.

Here’s how a simple shift changed everything in how his words were received.


Example 1
Before as Ajna: “Something she couldn’t ignore anymore.”
After as Solar Plexus: “Like her inner self was tapping her shoulder.”

Notice the shift? The first makes sense, but you stay outside of it. The second draws you in, and you feel the moment.


Example 2
Conceptual: “She had everything on paper – but inside, she was at a crossroads.”
Felt: “Her professionalism was seamless, but inside… her stomach twisted, waiting for clarity that never came.”

One describes. The other immerses. One keeps you thinking about her. The other lets you feel her.


That’s what red frequency does.
It doesn’t erase what you’ve been saying.
It shifts the way people experience it.

And when your content is written from your frequency, the right people feel it. They come closer.

Maybe I sound like a broken record this month - LOL.
