Future you doesn’t need a strategy. Just a signal.

I once learned a piano piece my teacher said was too hard for me. It was Believe It or Not, the theme song to Greatest American Hero (if you're old enough to remember that - tehehe).

She gave me something simpler. I smiled, nodded... and went home to practice the one she told me not to.

I didn’t have a plan. Or a deadline. Or a task breakdown.

Just a very clear sense: this is the piece I want to play (and I'll show her! if I'm being honest, Reader).

So I played it.
Over and over.
Again and again.

That’s what clarity can feel like. Not tidy. But tuned.

Not goal-driven. But energetically anchored in a version of you that already exists.

This is the energy behind Aligned to Share: Write from Your Yes.

It's tapping into your signals, the ones that exist write now. The ones that are already attuned to your emotional safety. Where your body is saying...

"This is what we care about now."

Because once your body believes you? Your energy organizes around that.

That’s what these 5 days create: A steady rhythm that tunes you to the voice you already hold.

  • You’ll name what moves you
  • You’ll feel what aligns
  • You’ll notice the subtle push/pull of what’s real and what’s residue

And from there? You’ll know what to share. Not just logically. But physically. Energetically. Clearly.

If you’re already enrolled, revisit Day 3 today. See what shifts.

And, yes, I learned to play the song that moved me.

I remember the pride I felt when I performed Believe It or Not for my teacher. I don't remember her response, but the belief in me was soaring.

That's really the point after all right?

Playing my tune,
Tricia

PS: Steam mops are the best invention.

I got my first one in 2010.
And last week, I bought number 5.

I mean there's something so special about them! If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend it.

There's no cleaning solution. No scrubbing. No wringing. No rinsing. Just water. Fire it up, release as steam, let it evaporate.

Less than a cup of water, and suddenly? The floor is clear, clean, neat.

And I bet you are wondering why I'm sharing this...

Because it reminds me that water didn’t need a fancy upgrade.

It didn’t need 12 attachments or a “productivity framework.” Just to express one of its innate qualities.

And in that? The cleaning got easier. The result felt… elegant.

Makes me wonder...

What if the energy inside us works the same way?

Fuel it with your attention.
Let it warm up to ignite.
And then release.

PSS: If you need a recommendation, I have 2 that are my favorites.

I'm not for everyone. And you don't have to be either.

I’ve always been a pattern spotter. Probably why I was so good at knitting and creating trend reports. You can actually see it in my human design chart. Gate 47 (making sense of chaos). Channel 58-18 (seeing what no longer serves). Gate 5 (timing). Channel 59-6 (when it’s time to birth something new). And of course, being a 6-line... the bird’s eye view, pattern seer, rooftop watcher. I experience it in everyday life. Noticing when trends are rising. When energy is fading. When the right...

I kind feel a little stupid sharing this... Because yah, I should have known it. Ever have that a-ha moment, and you're like, How did I not see this? And then you wonder what else you aren't noticing. The funning thing is that I've been circling this for years, but I never put it together... sorry universe... I guess I just need to be hit over the head with it sometimes. There’s this concept in Human Design called lived wisdom. It’s the stuff we’ve learned because we had to. Not the natural...

Reader, the Red Frequency feels like a a flashlight I can't turn off these days. Creating these reports, witnessing the a-ha's, and seeing the results are like fuel for the fire that's been burning inside me for a while now. One that I don't intend to put out. And it seems to be spreading like hot flash some days. Last week I was watching my friend, Helmi share his content creation system for YouTube. Highly recommend it if you are making videos. He has this effective prompt to extract...
